In search for a Herb Garden Solution? Herbs are already useful in many households back in the ancient times of Egyptians and Chinese. There are a lot of advantages from growing herbs. They can be grown in the garden or even inside the house placed in a pot or a container. As I have said herbs can be grown indoor or in the garden. An area of four by six feet is enough for a small family. Herbs have different types. There are those used for cooking known as culinary herbs, others are used for their fragrance and they are called aromatic herbs and some are used for decorations because of their beautiful flowers.

Herbs like other plants grow in annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees. They also grow in a well-drained soil. Some herbs prefer a full shade location while some grow best at a sunny location. Aside from it is not easy to grow, herbs are also avoided by different insects because of its capability to drive them away.

Herbs can be purchased or you can own a herb by planting it in your garden. Herbs are mostly planted from seeds. If you started planting herbs from seeds, it is very rewarding to see them from birth to grown because it is like taking care of a baby. Isn't it amazing to see them grow beautifully and healthy? All herbs can be grown from seeds. They should be planted in a pot or box in a shallow way. Herbs don't have deep root base so be sure not to cover the seeds too much of the soil. Follow this rule: the finer the seed, the shallow it should be sown. Some herbs are planted directly in the garden just like dill, fennel, anise, and coriander.

Growing herbs are indeed easy as growing other kinds of plants. I am pretty sure that this article will help you answer those questions bothering in your mind about herbs. Now find your individual herb garden solution.
